About me
My name is Juan Luis Mendoza Jr I am the oldest of 4 siblings. I was born in Riverside, California. When i was 1 year old my family decided to go back to Mexico so we moved to Guadalajara. At the age of 3 years old i started going to pre-school in a place named Howard Gartner. After two years studying there i moved to a school named El Principito de Cambridge where i finished pre-school. I was 7 when i started elementary school at Colegio Cambridge.When i was in second grade i started to go to swimming classes but in third grade i dropped out and started training gymnastics. I spent the rest of my elementary school training gymnastics 4 hours everyday from monday to saturday. In fifth grade i took part of a national gymnastics competition hosted in Monterrey. Although i didn’t win anything i learned a lot from that experience. I didn’t really like the pressure behind competitions so i tried not to participate a lot in these events. it wasn’t until 7th grade that i decided to drop out. I started trining MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) but after 9 months of training the gym closed so i started training box and started swimming again. So in the morning i went to school and in the afternoon i trained. This continued until 9th grade when i went one semester to Orange, California. I studied in Orange High School until december 2016. I returned to Guadalajara and started boxing again. I began my admision process for Tec de Monterrey and eventually i got in. I finished 9th grade and my life in Tec began. At first i just knew two girls but i made new friends really fast. On my first semester i decided to practice swimming. I had my first fiesta de humanidades, which i really enjoyed. On my second semester i continued with swimming. In third semester i switched swimming for breakdance and i participated in Muestra Cultural, an event held in Tec where all cultural activities are presented. In fourth semester i also precticed brakdance. I went to a history school trip to Guanajuato with my friends and my class. Also I took part of a group called SAP. On my fifth semester i started my admissin process for Tec university and I had my International experience. I traveled to Italy, Czech republic, Austria and Germany, where i had and Art topic and visited a lot of museums. In sixth semester i got admitted into Tec.
